Cancellation and Change Policy - Any cancellation or change that overlaps the Canton Fair period/Oct14-19/Oct23-28/Nov1-6 2008/must be received by the hotel 7 days prior to arrival/otherwise/one night room fee will be charged as penalty per

the applicable higher canton fair rate.
